Wholesale dried porcupine blowfish with sharp spines 8" to 9" in length are perfect for collectors of weird and unusual items.  Porcupine blowfish are unique sea creatures and come with a hanger for easy display.  Porcupine fish are fish of the family Diodontidae also commonly called blowfish or balloonfish and globefish.  Porcupine fish are closely related to puffer fishes but porcupine fish have heavier spines on their body.  Porcupine fish are medium to large sized fish, and are found in shallow temperate and tropical seas worldwide. Porcupine fish have the ability to double their size by inflating their body by swallowing water or air, thereby becoming rounder. This   reduces the range of potential predators to those with much bigger mouths.
Porcupine fish have a second defense mechanism  provided by their sharp spines which can be 2 inches long.
